A still photo of a selfie featuring two gorillas standing on two legs has gone viral... showing how primates often imitate human behavior.
These gorillas in Virunga National Park in the Democratic Republic of Congo were taken into care by Mathieu Shamavu,... who took the selfie.
The ranger said the gorillas dropped what they were doing when they spotted the camera and watched.
He says this human-like behavior is a normal occurrence for gorillas.
They can walk one or two meters on two legs and imitate what people do.
The two gorillas are orphaned mountain gorillas who were victims of poaching.
