A strong earthquake has hit the Philippine island of Samar,... just a day after a deadly quake broke out near the capital of Manila. The U.S. Geological Survey says the quake of magnitude six-point-four quake struck the southern part of the country. No casualties or damages have been reported at this point. This comes a day after a six-point-one magnitude quake struck the Philippines' main island of Luzon, leaving 11 people dead and 20 injured.
