Good afternoon, it's a chilly morning to start the new work week but the cold snap that started last Friday will ease this afternoon with temperatures higher than the seasonal average. As for today's highs,
Seoul will reach 14 degrees Celsius, southern provinces will see milder daily highs than Seoul under mostly sunny skies.
Unwelcome news though, those of us in the northern parts of the country will have to deal with toxic smog, the further south you are... the better air quality you will enjoy. A dry weather advisory is in place for eastern parts of the country,... including Ulsan, Busan and Daegu.
As for the outlook, there's higher than average temperatures for this week, light showers are in store for the first half of the week, then it should get cooler as we head towards the end of the week.
