ಮೂಗಿಗೆ ನಳಿಗೆ ಸಿಲುಕಿಸಿದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಓಡಾಡಿ, ಕಚೇರಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಗೋವಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಮನೋಹರ್ ಪರಿಕರ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೊನೆಯುಸಿರು ಇರುವವರೆಗೂ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಬಯಕೆಯಿತ್ತು. ಅವರ ಛಲ ಆ ಬಯಕೆಯನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸಿತು.
