Thailand's Immigration police in central Thailand have arrested a 32 year-old Ugandan man for illegally entering Thailand and impersonating a Buddhist monk .
Immigration police reported that Mr. Ssali Bager, 32, had been reported of wandering around in saffron robe near a temple in Sa Kaeo province.
