The pair fish at Christchurch's quintessential Bridge Pool in Dorset, hoping to catch sea trout, before Paul persuades Bob to charter a boat in search of sea bass. They venture out to the Needles where Paul makes a incredible catch, and decide to take the fish to a local restaurant to prepare it.
