Ishrat Jahan a part of group that planned attack on top leaders, says GK Pillai

The row over Ishrat Jahan has escalated and is becoming an embarrassment of sorts for the former UPA government. After David Headley's admission, Former Home Secretary GK Pillai has dropped a bombshell. Going against the UPA line on Ishrat Jahan encounter killing, Pillai has claimed that Ishrat was part of the group that planned to attack top leaders in Gujarat. The BJP has claimed vindication.
