Counting of votes is on for the three Assembly Bypolls that were held on February 13. Today's result of the Bypolls would give a Preliminary picture of the political situation in the state before the next year's Assembly Polls. The counting of votes are on for Muzaffarnagar Sadar Seat, Deoband seat in Saharanpur district and Bikapur seat in Faizabad district, said State Chief Electoral Officer Arun Singhal here today. After second round of the results SP is leading in the Muzaffarnagar seat with 4718 votes with Congress 1468.
