Students were extorted to be treated like slaves. 3 young girls of the SVS Medical College in Tamil Nadu. Paid 3-times the fees for an education which was denied to them. Instead of textbooks they were handed brooms and mops. Called 'criminals' and extorted in the name of education. Unable to bear the humiliate and financial burden, they embraced death over slavery.
