Union Minister Sanjeev Baliyan visits Muzaffarnagar, meets gangrape victim's kin

Union Minister Sanjeev Baliyan met family members of a gangrape victim after a video clip was circulated on a Social Networking Site. The woman says her marriage ended as a result. An FIR has been filed against 6 accused but 4 still on the run. Union Minister criticised Muzaffarnagar cops for not arresting the 4 accused. The minister is also indicating another 'mahapanchayat' and that people will act if cops don't act - giving a three day ultimatum to the administration.
