Another alert sounded, Tea seller spotted men in Army Uniform in Gurdaspur

A tea seller in a village in Gurdaspur district claims he was stopped by two men in army fatigues early this morning. They asked for his phone but he said he didn't have one. The area is being cordoned off, according to sources.
