In a shocking incident of insensitivity, Hapur Panchayat has shamed a rape victim by asking her to leave the village. The Panchayat enevn blocked
the victim from registering a police case against the accused and let them off with just a Rs 5 lakh fine. This talibani diktat was issued by the Hapur panchayat just at the doorstep of the national capital less than 60 km from New Delhi, rape victim gets no justice.
