Government U-turn on Subramanian Swamy prosecution

The Ministry of Home Affairs has backtracked from the views it had expressed in a hate speech case involving senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy over his book on terrorism in India. In a counter affidavit submitted government has now backed Swamy against prosecution.
