Paying little heed to the comfort of patients or the fact that the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research is a silence zone, Union Health Minister J P Nadda was welcomed to a programme amidst playing of musical instrument.
The musical instruments were played despite the PGI administration having installed signboards advising people not to honk inside the hospital.
