Intelligence inputs to Prime Minister’s Office on Monday suggested that the mastermind of Mumbai attacks and Jama’at-ud-Da’wah (JuD) Chief Hafiz Saeed was seen roaming near the Wagah border on Sunday.
According to the reports, the most wanted terrorist by India is raising funds for his banned outfit JuD to expedite operations against India.
