Delhi Police on Wednesday challenged the Patiala House Court's order acquitting all the IPL6 spot fixing accused, including S Sreesanth, Ajit Chandila and Ankeeth Chavan, three players from the Rajasthan Royals franchise. A city court had earlier discharged all the accused in the 2013 case, saying that the police had failed to gather 'all necessary ingredients to establish a prima facie case' under stringent MCOCA.
