Recently released NCRB data shows the pathetic law and order condition in the capital. Delhi reported the largest number of rapes in 2014. Rape cases have jumped from over 1400 in 2013 to over 1800 in 2014. Now a shocking case has mocked the hundreds of rape victims awaiting justice in the capital. NewsX has accessed information which shows that a special police team comprising of 10 officers has been busy looking for 9 missing buffaloes since may of this year. The team regualrly reports to joint commissioner Sanjay Singh himself.
