Delhi University Fake Admissions Scam: Touts using different modus operandi

The Delhi University Fake Admissions Scam keeps getting murkier. Sources now tell newsx that touts involved in the scam were operating through two modus operandi. Admissions were assured by touts by making fake certificates and documents. Sources tell NewsX that admissions were also fixed in the seats reserved under various quotas. Delhi police is not ruling out involvement of staff members of various colleges. 10-15 touts are said to be involved in the admissions racket.
