India bankrolling militants in Kashmir: ex-RAW chief

“Indian intelligence agencies regularly pay terrorists, [All Parties] Hurriyat [Conference] leaders and mainstream Jammu and Kashmir political parties, including the National Conference (NC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP),” former head of India’s Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) A S Dulat told media on Friday ahead of the launch of his book ‘Kashmir: The Vajpayee Years’.
