'Kandahar hijack response goofed up': Congress targets BJP on ex-RAW chief's comments

NEW DELHI: A former intelligence chief's comment that the response to the 1999 IC-814 hijack was "goofed up" has stirred a new political row. Targeting the BJP, which was in power at the time, the Congress today said Prime Minister Narendra Modi must apologise to the nation.
