GURGAON: The apathy of Gurgaon`s Civil Hospital and Safdarjung Hospital in New Delhi came to the fore yet again, when a nine-year-old girl, who was raped on Monday morning, was allegedly denied treatment by both hospitals on various grounds. The child, who lives in Subhash Nagar, was raped by her 17-year-old cousin, living in the same area, on Monday. When she felt unwell and started bleeding, her family rushed her to the Civil Hospital around 7pm.
