A parcel bomb sent to the house of ruling party Janata Dal-United Gaya district chief Abhay Kushwaha exploded on Tuesday morning killing one person and seriously injuring another.
The JD-U leader was not at the residence when the bomb went off.
The parcel bomb was delivered at the ancestral house of the JD-U leader at Kujati village under Chandauti police station in Gaya district.
