Open war between Najeeb Jung and Arvind Kejriwal

Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung has appointed senior bureaucrat Shakuntala Gamlin as acting chief secretary of the Delhi government, overlooking reservations of chief minister Arvind Kejriwal. The move has triggered an open war with the AAP administration terming the L-G's decision as "unconstitutional".
