Rahul Gandhi has been on leave since February 23 and as the party has delayed his elevation there are voices emerging of how Sonia should remain at the helm of affairs and not bequeath her leadership. Latest to join the bandwagon is Sandeep Dikshit who has said that for 97 to 99 per cent of Congressmen, their leader is Sonia Gandhi and there is no doubt about this fact. Sandeep argues that Sonia can bequeath her president-ship but not her leadership.
