Will take Army on board to revoke AFSPA, says Mufti

Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) chief minister Mufti Mohmmad Sayeed on Monday said his government will proceed with the phased removal of the AFSPA, or Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act, after consulting the army as they have aired their apprehension over it.
