राफेल डील पर सोमवार को एक और खुलासा हुआ है. इससे जुड़ी द हिंदू की एक और रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि फ्रांस के साथ हुई इस डील के समझौते पर दस्तख्त करने से चंद दिन पहले ही सरकार ने इसमें भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ पेनाल्टी से जुड़े अहम प्रावधानों को हटा दिया था.
