मोदी सरकार ने लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले बड़ा कदम उठाया है। केंद्रीय कैबिनेट ने सवर्ण जातियों को 10 फीसद आरक्षण के फैसले पर मुहर लगा दी है। केंद्रीय मंत्री रविशंकर प्रसाद ने कैबिनेट की बैठक के बाद ये जानकारी दी। एसएसटी एक्ट पर मोदी सरकार के फैसले के बाद सवर्ण जातियों में नाराजगी और हाल के विधानसभा चुनाव में तीन राज्यों में मिली हार के मद्देनजर इसे अगड़ों को अपने पाले में लाने की कोशिश के तौर पर देखा जा सकता है।
Reservation for Upper Castes: The Modi government has taken big steps before the Lok Sabha elections. The central cabinet has stipulated the decision of 10 per cent reservation for the upper castes.
