Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court today served notices to the Central Government, Election Commission(EC) as well as the Uttar Pradesh government on what action had been taken against those who are trying to make "Love Jihad" an agenda.The court has given 10 days time to the respondents to reply on the notice and the next date of hearing is fixed on September 15.A division bench of the court comprising Justice Imtiaz Murtaza and Ashwini Kumar Singh have asked the respondents to reply what action has been taken on those who are trying to build a campaign around alleged agenda of Love Jihad.
