Rajesh Kumar allegedly took bribe for film ‘Kaum De Heere’

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) suspects that the makers of 'Kaum De Heere', a controversial Punjabi film on former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's assassination which is due for release this Friday paid a bribe of Rs 1 lakh to get it cleared from the censor board.

The arrested Censor Board CEO Rajesh Kumar has revealed during interrogation that he got the sum as bribe from the makers of the film before he cleared it with an 'Adults' certificate on May 29, a CBI official told
