Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) will hear case of AIIMS Forensic Department head Sudhir Gupta, who is in the centre of a controversy over the autopsy report of Sunanda Pushkar. Gupta had filed an affidavit before CAT in a service matter in which he had alleged that he was pressurised to manipulate Sunanda Pushkar's death report.
Sunanda, wife of former Union Minister Shashi Tharoor, was found dead in a five-star hotel in South Delhi on the night of January 17, a day after her Twitter spat with Pakistani journalist Mehr Tarar over an alleged affair with Tharoor.
