Narendra Modi calls Jaya, assure her of full cooperation

Modi gave this assurance in a phone conversation, during which he also congratulated her on the massive victory of the AIADMK in the general elections.
Modi was responding to a congratulatory letter from Jayalalithaa. She had hoped that there would be an era of meaningful cooperation between the government of India and the government of Tamil Nadu.
