Time for Antony to answer on INS Sindhuratna

The Supreme Court on Friday issued notices to the government and the Cabinet Secretary on the submarine Sindhuratna tragedy.
The notices were issued following a petition seeking a compensation of Rs 1 crore for the the two officers who died in the explosion on the submarine in February.
