Mumbai photojournalist gang rape case postponed till tomorrow

A Mumbai sessions court on Monday postponed the sentencing in the photojournalist gang rape case till Tuesday. The trio, Mohammed Salim Ansari, Vijay Mohan Jadhav and Mohammad Qasim Hafiz Shaikh alias Kasim Bengali are common convicts in both telephone operator and photojournalist gangrape cases
The court had on March 20 convicted five people including two juveniles finding them guilty on 13 charges.
The court had convicted the five men for gangrape, criminal conspiracy, common intention, unnatural sex, criminal intimidation, wrongful restraint, assault, destruction of evidence under IPC and other relevant sections of the Information Technology Act.
