Mamata Banerjee has fielded Indira Tewari from Varanasi

The Trinamool Congress (TMC) of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee becomes the first party to field a Brahmin face in Indira Tiwari, the granddaughter of former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kamlapati Tripathi, against BJP PM Candidate Narendra Modi in Varanasi, even while the Congress is still hunting for a prominent Brahmin face to challenge him.
