The bail plea of founder of the Tehelka magazine Tarun Tejpal, accused in a sexual assault case, will come up for hearing at a Goa court on Friday. The order of the court is expected at 2.30 pm. Tejpal was arrested in November 2013 and charged with rape and sexual assault of a junior colleague.
On Thursday, he moved a plea before the court to permit him to visit his ailing mother who is in a hospital in Panaji.
