A premature baby was kept inside a thermocol box, doctors denied to treat and asked them to keep the baby inside the box.
"We don't refuse facilities to children who are brought by hapless parents, we can't accomodate everyone as we don't have enough facilities" says Dr. Sunil Wadkar, Alliance hospital.
