Former Chennai Super Kings official Gurunath Meiyappan had admitted to 'friendly betting' in IPL 6 matches through Vindoo Dara Singh, Times Now reported quoting his interrogation report.
This is another blow to BCCI president and ICC chairman-designate N Srinivasan as his son-in-law admitted to friendly betting.
It was only last month in February that in a setback to Srinivasan, the Supreme Court-appointed Justice Mukul Mudgal probe committee found Meiyappan involved in betting and passing information about the team in IPL 6 matches to others.
