Delhi's power Bills: Arvind Kejriwal government jolted by Delhi High court

In a big jolt to Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party, the Delhi High Court stayed the decision taken by the former government of giving subsidy to those who did not pay their power bills from October 2012 to December 2013.
While hearing the plea, a division bench of acting Chief Justice BD Ahmed and Justice Sidharth Mridul directed the Delhi government to clarify whether the Cabinet has taken any decision on waiver of pending electricity bills.
