Just an hour after Aam Aadmi Party MLA Vindo Kumar Binny took on his party in a press conference, the AAP addressed another press conference saying action will be taken against him. AAP leader Yogendra Yadav questioned Binny's intentions saying the party was surprised and sad after hearing what Binny said.

The AAP also accused Binny of colluding with the Bharatiya Janata Party. "Binny has raised questions on his own government. It appeared Binny was speaking out of a letter written by someone else. The script he read was of BJP, had he read the Congress script, we would have said that," Yogendra Yadav said.
