Tonight at 9: Heavy shower lashes Delhi-NCR, hit normal life

Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR) witnessed heavy rains on Monday afternoon. While the torrential rains brought relief from the heat and humidity, they threw life out of gear on a day the capital and the NCR region were celebrating Raksha Bandhan. Traffic movement remained affected at various spots due to heavy downpour and waterlogging in Noida on Monday evening. Heavy traffic jam was witnessed at Film City road near DND Flyway loop, Kalindi Kunj, Rajnigandha crossing and other places.
