Lakhimpur: Protests have broken out in Assam after the alleged brutal gangrape of married women inside a tempo. Four men on Friday raped a 31-year-old woman inside a tempo, gouged out her eyes and beat her before throwing the victim out of the vehicle leading to her death in upper Assam's Lakhimpur district.
