There is no end to the sexist rant of controversial SP minister Naresh Agarwal, this time on the Lakhimpur gangrape in Assam. In an interview by a news channel, he clearly stated," rape is a daily scenario, which is also rampant in Delhi. I do not know why the media gets hyped up with these incidents. Laws have been implemented against rape and I am sure that theAssam government will take action in due course."
