Hitting out at BJP president Rajnath Singh and prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, former prime minister Atal Behari Vajpayee's niece and party's national vice president Karuna Shukla, who quit the party last month, on Wednesday, blamed the government in Chhattisgarh for its failure to contain Naxalism and check corruption during the last one decade.
