A riot victim at a relief camp in Muzaffarnagar was allegedly gangraped by two youths at Jogya Kheri village in the Fugana area, police said. Tension prevailed in the area after the riot victim, whose family was displaced from their home at Fugana village, was raped on Saturday by two accused.
