The opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) disrupted the proceedings of J&K Assembly after Mr Gul announced that he would seek a written statement from Gen. Singh before any further action on the breach of privilege notice moved by 16 National Conference (NC) legislators.
Members of the ruling NC and the opposition PDP clashed while shouting slogans and occupying the well of the House as the former army chief Gen (retd.) V.K. Singh's purported statement about the state ministers dominated proceedings and disrupted the business of the last day of the autumn session.
