NewsX : Government to encourage car pooling and use of public transport by babus

The Government is planning to spend crores to pay lip service in the name of austerity but ironically the measures announced are nothing more than tokenism. Instead of muzzling the gas guzzlers futile efforts are being made to curtail government extravagance.
