Muzaffarnagar communal violence - FIR filed against unknown, but real criminals roam freely

Muzaffarnagar Clashes : Even after so many FIR's, there has been no arrests of any Political leaders The Communal Riots in Muzaffarnagar District in Uttar Pradesh has claimed as many as 47 lives. In what can be best described as a face-saver. The U.P police registered several FIRs and booked netas who incited people. But a week has passed and there have been no arrests.
