Hearing has begun in Damini Case. Prosecution is demanding death for all the four convicts
The 9 month long wait has ended as the Delhi Court held all the 4 accused guilty, in the December 2012 Damini gangrape case. The court will now pronounce the quantum of sentence today.
The hearing for the quantum of punishment is on in the Saket Court. The prosecution demands death penalty for all the convicts and term it as rarest of the rare category .
