Indian Mujahideen founder terrorist Yasin Bhatkal : Himayat Baig falsely implicated

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) does not seem to believe that the alleged Indian Mujahedeen (IM) terrorist Mirza Himayat Baig was involved in the 2010 Pune German Bakery bombing for which he was sentenced to death by a trial court in Pune earlier this April.
A 57-page charge-sheet submitted by the NIA on July 17 to a court in Delhi regarding IM's overall activities in the country has named seven IM terrorists including Yasin Bhatkal for involvement in the Pune German Bakery blast but not Himayat Baig who was incidentally the first alleged IM terrorist to be convicted in the country on April 18 this year.
