Parliament all set to debate and discuss the bill seeking to amend the RTI Act and shield political parties from providing information under the transparency law. The Bill may come up for debate tomorrow after the Lok Sabha was adjourned today amid uproar over the Telangana issue. Remember, the proposal to amend the RTI Act and give immunity to political parties is one that has support of political paries across the board.
